The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, announced the launch of the second edition of the Higher Education Reading Competition, with a prize value of 100 million Iraqi dinars distributed to 40 winners.

The test material is based on:

• Islamic Views on the Declaration of Human Rights by Martyr Sayyid Muhammad al-Sadr
• The Civilizational Issue: How Do We Innovate Our Future in a Changing World by Zaki Milad.

Winners will receive prizes ranging from 1 to 4 million dinars based on their ranking. Students must be Iraqi nationals, undergraduates, and no older than 30 years. Registration should be done through the official email provided by their college.

Students wishing to participate must:

1. Send a copy of their CV (full name, college, department, stage, phone number, and university email) to reading.award@uoalkitab.edu.iq or fill out the form using this link.
